      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with Medicare consumers to sell and enroll them in appropriate health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
      - Handle inbound calls, providing high-quality customer service while maximizing sales opportunities
      - Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
      - Multi-task effectively while navigating multiple web browsers in a dual-screen setup
      - Commit to availability during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) to maximize earnings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
      - Prior inside sales experience preferred
      - Strong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup
      - Secure, hardwired high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted work
      - A private and distraction-free home office space compliant with HIPAA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales role, particularly in the insurance or healthcare industry
      - Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently during peak seasons
      - Familiarity with Medicare plans and regulations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
