What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales to meet sales goals
- Educate beneficiaries on individual health plan products and additional services
- Interact with customers and business partners through face-to-face, telephonic, and virtual methods
- Utilize multiple applications and software simultaneously in a field setting
- Participate in Humana's Driver safety program, requiring valid driver's license and insurance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
- Must reside in either Mobile County or Baldwin County, AL
- Ability to pass a language proficiency assessment if applicable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Life Insurance license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Engagement with community through service and volunteerism
- Bilingual ability to speak, read, and write in English and an additional language
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM tools
