What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate requirements from policy guides and business specifications into technical and functional requirements
- Manage the Traceability Matrix and interface management for successful integration of new solutions
- Support the implementation and adoption of new technology for the Medicare/DSNP line of business
- Collaborate with implementation partners and end-users to meet operational and compliance goals
- Ensure adherence to best practices for the security and compliance of Medicare/DSNP data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system implementation and project management in healthcare
- Proven analytical and data management skills
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and healthcare compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing requirements and UAT for Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Clinical or care management experience a plus
- Deep understanding of Medicaid/Medicare/DSNP regulations and healthcare industry's needs
- DSNP system experience in California preferred
- Requirements management certification a plus
