What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and maintenance for medication management systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Communicate and coordinate system downtimes and outages effectively
- Elicit and validate system and reporting requirements from customers to ensure clarity and completeness
- Serve as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas to understand and address customer needs
- Manage small projects and provide on-call support as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer sciences, healthcare, or related field AND 3 years of experience in an applicable clinical setting; OR 6 years of technical experience in an applicable clinical setting
- Computer skills including experience with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
- Experience with medication management systems analysis and support, project management, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify and remedy potential issues within the medication management electronic environment
- Epic certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Willow, Epic Ambulatory, or Epic Orders certification preferred
- Experience in specific specialties such as Oncology research or Pediatrics depending on the area of responsibility
