- Collaborate with the US Training Team to plan all meeting logistics for training programs.

- Food and beverage selection

- Banquet event orders
- Vendor coordination
- Attendee evaluations
- Audiovisual needs
- Assist with pre-planning and onsite support during national sales meetings.
- Coordinates attendee registration.
- Set up and tear down meeting materials and LCD projectors in meeting rooms.
- Coordinate and track event shipments
- Creates post-event surveys and compiles responses into a PowerPoint presentation.
- Process all department purchase orders, diligently tracking each invoice from receipt to payment while keeping the vendor and our team updated.
- Other tasks include SOW processing, survey management, team calendar management, fulfillment warehouse management, and other event-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate event planning experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Self-motivated team player with strong initiative, demonstrating high organizational and relationship skills in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- The ability to prioritize tasks independently to meet tight turnaround times and deadlines.
- Demonstrates responsiveness, swiftly addressing tasks and inquiries with efficiency and diligence.
- Effectively interacts with all levels of management, partners, and colleagues while maintaining a strong sense of client service, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Cvent: Registration form builds and management, budget and reconciliation processing, report generation, MRFs, sourcing requests, etc.
- Current Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation is highly preferred.
