      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with members for past due payments through outbound calls
      - Renew memberships that are about to expire
      - Build meaningful relationships through clear and confident communication
      - Follow up with customers to fulfill their needs and promises
      - Participate in outbound campaigns to support business objectives while aligning with the company's core values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
      - Prior experience in an Outbound Sales or Customer Engagement role is a plus
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
      - Ability to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
