What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with members for past due payments and renew memberships approaching expiration
- Conduct engaging conversations while providing clear and confident communication over the phone
- Follow up with customers and identify their needs promptly
- Deepen member relationships through effective needs assessments and empathetic communication
- Participate in outbound campaigns to support business objectives and align with company values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in an outbound sales or customer engagement role is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate relentless follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication

- Experience in customer service or sales roles within a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Proven track record of problem-solving and addressing customer needs effectively
- Ability to maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
