What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding spending account products
- Provide accurate information to customers in accordance with inquiry accuracy standards
- Educate customers on various HealthEquity products and claims processing procedures
- Serve as a customer advocate by identifying underlying customer needs
- Assist and educate Health Guides through complex spending account issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service experience is a plus
- Proven PC navigation and data entry skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
