What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide day-to-day management of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and terminating staff
- Serve as the first resource for difficult and complicated customer issues
- Verify the correct application of agency, State, and Federal policies, regulations, and laws to member eligibility and coverage issues
- Assign medical claim and pharmacy appeals to appropriate staff and adjudicate first level eligibility appeals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of agency, State, and Federal health care and other benefits rules and regulations
- Familiarity with customer service and call center practices
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate activities with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role in a government or public administration setting
