- Answering 80+ calls per day and responding to email communications within 24 hours
- Conducting outbound calls and campaigns as directed
- Documenting all customer transactions accurately in the host system
- Adhering to scheduled shifts for optimal phone coverage
- Following safety guidelines and information security policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare
- Excellent listening and communication skills in English
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
