      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and sales transactions through multiple communication channels
      - Manage Roadside Assistance requests with empathy and urgency
      - Accurately document and communicate information clearly to ensure exemplary service
      - Process membership sales, renewals, and general account maintenance
      - Achieve performance, service, and sales goals while accepting coaching from leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Call center or dispatch experience preferred
      - Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret and process verbal information
      - Ability to communicate through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live agent chat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced work environment
      - Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously
      - Ability to detect issues, identify alternatives, and make logical decisions for customer satisfaction
