      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and sales transactions using various communication channels

      - Process membership sales, renewals, and general account maintenance accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Call center or dispatch experience preferred
      - Superior active listening skills and ability to interpret verbal information
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or dispatch environment
      - Familiarity with handling Roadside Assistance or travel agency requests
      - Technical aptitude for utilizing multiple computer systems simultaneously
      - Strong decision-making skills to enhance customer experience
      - Experience in a remote work environment
