      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to member inquiries via phone, providing information on credit union membership, products, and services
      - Process basic non-cash financial transactions and account maintenance requests
      - Handle internet and mobile banking inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of member concerns
      - Generate interest in credit union products and services, making appropriate referrals
      - Document member interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Center, Teller, or Retail environment
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Basic math skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Zoom
      - Ability to actively listen and effectively communicate with members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
      - Familiarity with financial products and services offered by credit unions
