- The General Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the business.
- Reporting into the Vice President.
- Strong focus on members experience. Must be comfortable with guest interaction and operations
- Managing a team of 140 team members
- 5 departmental manager direct reports ( membership, FOH/BEV, culinary, operations and events)
- P&L accountability, forecasting, budget management.
- Maintain excellent relations with members
- Monitor and control staffing levels
- Monitor preventative maintenance, facilitate general maintenance and maintain high standards of the property
- Staff development
- General management or senior management experience in upscale/luxury membership club, boutique five star/luxury hotel or multi outlet upscale f&b restaurant or venue.
- Higher education in hotel management or related associate degree preferred
- Exceptional food and beverage knowledge
- Rooms experience an advantage
- Guest experience focused Director
- Strong financial capabilities
- Negotiable
- Car allowance $ 250 monthly
- Phone allowance $65 monthly
- Annual performance bonus ( typically 5-10%, not guaranteed only if kpi's achieved)
