      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, and coordinate agency compliance efforts for licensure and regulatory standards
      - Provide oversight of the Intake Department and ensure adherence to State and Federal Regulations
      - Create and update Clinical Policies and Procedures in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
      - Supervise Quality Assurance Supervisor, Clinical Training Manager, and Intake program staff
      - Implement strategic plans for agency-wide compliance related to quality assurance and clinical training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current Licensure in California as a Clinical Psychologist (LPCC), LMFT, or LCSW, or approved to take the examination for licensure (AMFT, LCSW, APCC)
      - Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience in a mental health program and/or non-profit
      - Experience in Quality Assurance/Utilization Review/Clinical Records Review
      - Knowledge of Privacy and Security Regulations as per HIPAA
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft Teams)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of EXYM preferred

      - Proven ability to follow up and meet deadlines
      - Excellent initiative, flexibility, and stress-management skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
