What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support to the Digital Sales team
- Contact customers on behalf of U.S. Bank Merchant Services to follow up on inbound queries
- Proactively reach out to prospects and customers with product and service information
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound phone calls and emails
- Track all contacts and activities in the CRM database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three to five years of customer service experience or a related administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office products
