      Job Summary:

      Works with various internal departments and external customers to ensure customers are properly enrolled with the proper credit card processor. This can include discussing processes and options with customers, ordering, and tracking equipment, ensuring internal and external tasks are completed on time, and coordinating the efforts of the various parties.

      Essential Functions:

      Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, the following:
      • Meet individual and team sales goals.
      • Perform sales, administrative and operation functions.
      • Manage and assist with installation of credit card payment hardware for new and existing DRB business lines.
      • Lead customers and internal staff with credit card token transfers between processors.
      • Facilitate the ordering and shipping of credit card hardware through installation with customers and internal teams.
      • Help with documenting and adding efficiencies to current credit card payment processes.
      • Act as customer support generalist.
      • Assist payments manager with basic customer questions and requests.
      • Understand the inner workings of DRB to answer payment questions to support customers and internal staff.
      • Own issues and work towards solutions for customers.
      • Communicate and escalate issues to processing partners as needed to research solutions.
      • Assist DRB sales teams as a credit card payments subject matter expert.
      • Cross-sell new products and features introduced across various software platforms.

      Qualifications and Requirements:
      • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
      • Experience: Strong history of Customer Service within the field of technology. Experience working with computer hardware and software.
      • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft operating systems.
      • Other Requirements: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct others and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong communication and customer service experience. Aptitude for learning new software programs.
      • Skilled in troubleshooting using analytical thinking. Detailed orientated.
      • Ability to travel by automobile or commercial airline.


      Physical Requirements:

      While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time. The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office. They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer. They must be able to exchange accurate information with employees and customers while interacting.

      The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

      Working Conditions:

      While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The individual frequently works in a controlled climate. The individual is frequently required to travel by automobile and commercial airline.

      The base compensation for this position is $85,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
