What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support implementation managers and acquired company employees in organizing and coordinating integration activities
- Plan and execute integration tasks to ensure smooth transitions of newly acquired entities
- Manage and complete cleanup of acquired legacy agency systems in coordination with other teams
- Create and document compliance testing processes for acquisition data conversions
- Facilitate project lifecycle meetings and prepare necessary documentation for M&A processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience
- Strong proficiency in desktop software, including PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working on projects with deadlines and dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry and related systems
- Experience in Brokerage Operations
- Project Management experience highly preferred
- Ability to motivate and lead others in a team setting
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including weekends
