What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various departments to capture and document detailed requirements for MES
- Perform application support duties for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Develop standards and best practices for development and validation activities
- Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and user acceptance testing
- Create and execute system test and operational qualification scripts to meet business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a computer or science-based field
- Direct experience with Emerson Syncade MES System or another MES system
- Proficiency in MES recipe authoring and validation protocol writing
- Strong technical writing and GMP procedure writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL and XML coding in a MES environment
- Experience in cell therapy or other biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with BarTender label development
- Experience with MES-ERP integrations
- Flexibility to work within manufacturing schedules
