      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with harvesting metadata from external sites using Microsoft Power Automate or equivalent tools
      - Perform data entry and cleanup using advanced Excel skills

      - Create metadata from physical items in hand for cataloging purposes
      - Support the library's mission through data management and organization tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate or equivalent programming skills
      - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and cleanup
      - Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in metadata management
      - Ability to conduct thorough searches for metadata sources
      - Background in library science or related field may be preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an academic library or similar environment
      - Familiarity with metadata standards and practices
      - Knowledge of programming languages or data management tools beyond Power Automate
