What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare accurate flight plans and flight packages for Trip Support clients
- Coordinate with the meteorology team to assess potential flight safety hazards
- Deliver flight packages in a timely manner and confirm receipt with clients
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including arranging ground handling and transportation
- Provide expert support and consultation to customers regarding services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduation or equivalent (GED or other certificate)
- 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry
- Proven customer management skills and a strong customer loyalty track record
- High degree of attention to detail
- Complete understanding of industry products and services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, etc.)
- Experience in handling customs services and operational permits
- Familiarity with flight planning systems such as Navtech and Falcon
- Strong communication skills for effective marketing of products and services
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
