The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. It is an opportunity to be immersed in different cultures from around the world and build lifelong relationships.

Participants need to be able to authentically represent and showcase the distinctive cultures and traditions of one of the countries or regions we have recreated in look and ambiance at the Walt Disney World Resort. They will also be interacting with people from across the globe and crafting immersive experiences for our guests, while fulfilling various front-line, customer-facing roles!

Countries and regions represented are: Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Southeast Asia (India, Indonesia, Thailand),Sub-Saharan Africa (Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe), and United Kingdom.

This application is for positions that will have different start dates throughout 2025. To be eligible to apply for the Mexico Cultural Representative Program, you MUST:

• Speak English fluently.
• Be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Be able to authentically represent Mexico.
• Be receptive to Disney Look guidelines.
• Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays and overtime.

Candidates are required to attend a in-person presentation and interview in Mexico, and to upload a Resume/CV and Cover Letter in English for this job application.

Former Cultural Representative Program participants must wait 15 months from your most recent program end date to apply for a new Cultural Representative Program. We offer an hourly rate of pay starting at $17.00 per hour depending on the role they are selected to perform.
