      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, validate, analyze, and organize data into meaningful reports for management decision-making
      - Manage and oversee Healthcare Reporting Team activities and personnel
      - Direct the creation and maintenance of database stored procedures, functions, and queries
      - Provide analysis and estimates on steady state and future reporting requests
      - Lead in gathering technical requirements and work directly with Business Architects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of increasingly complex database and data management responsibilities
      - At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
      - Minimum of 3 years of managed care experience, preferably with Medicaid products
      - Knowledge of SQL and QNXT

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
      - 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
