What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for incentive houses, corporate clients, and brokers in the U.S.
- Book corporate and incentive group sales using the group booking tool and manage pricing requests
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain professional follow-up
- Coordinate fulfillment of collateral requests for trade shows and events
- Manage and track MICE marketing budgets and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and service support role within the travel/tourism industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
