What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement Microsoft Teams Phone System solutions, including voice routing and call queues
- Configure and manage phone number assignments, call policies, and device settings
- Monitor and troubleshoot Teams Phone System performance and user issues
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates
- Provide technical support and training to users regarding Teams Phone System features

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone System or other VoIP Systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD and PowerShell
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work off-hours as necessary to collaborate with global teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with network infrastructure, including SIP trunking and VoIP protocols
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Experience with call recording, analytics, and reporting tools
- Prior experience with manufacturing software and working in a manufacturing business
