What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and produce a wide range of graphics and visual content for various communication formats
- Ensure all designs align with client branding and effectively communicate targeted messages
- Collaborate with team members to support graphic design needs for events and presentations
- Update content and design for the client's internal website and assist in content creation for multiple channels
- Monitor the effectiveness of graphic materials and gather feedback for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or visual arts
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, typography, and digital design
- Proficiency in production management and digital design tools/software
- U.S. Citizenship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Graphic Design or related fields
- Experience with digital media, social media strategy, and content creation across platforms
- Previous federal consulting experience
