Who are you? Security-cleared Professional: You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance - congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have an active
DOD Secret Security Clearance. Education is important to us: You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience is important to us: Your experience includes technical management, supporting a program with SAFE/Agile initiatives, having technical proficiency and understanding, experience working in a DevOps environment, and preferably experience supporting the federal government.
Certifications: Relevant certification in Agile and/or Scrum is preferred
What you'll do: - Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and helping team members embrace Agile values, adopting and applying Agile Principles, and implementing Agile practices
- Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments. Lead and/or support product roadmap development.
- Guide the team in estimating the team's work.
- Keep the team focused on daily and iteration goals to include achieving results, quality, flow and velocity.
- Ensure team follows standards developed for code development, automated testing and build procedures.
- Ensure team follows standards for code version control, quality and documentation.
