Overview : We are looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer. This role includes requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, IRM, and CAM, with a focus on automating NIST RMF activities

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize applications and service catalog requests within the ServiceNow platform.
• Gather requirements and provide solutions for ServiceNow modules including SecOps, IRM, and CAM.
• Automate NIST RMF activities and support integrations with enterprise tools and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.
• Implement and modify automated workflows to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile practices to ensure timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and enhance the system's Authority to Operate (ATO) to ensure compliance.
• Provide operations and maintenance (O&M), and support development, modernization, and enhancements (DME) activities.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience with at least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, building, and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in the creation and modification of automated workflows.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Knowledge of best practices for ServiceNow platform development and integrations.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
