We're looking for a System Administrator professional to be part of our Global IT team at Newfold Digital to support all of our brands worldwide.

What You Will Do :

• System Monitoring and Support : Monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure using Grafana , Zabbix , and cloud monitoring tools; troubleshoot and resolve system issues .

Previous experiencie in web /hosting industry in similar role is very appreciated.

• Cloud Infrastructure Administration : Configure and manage cloud services , including compute instances , storage , virtual networks , and IAM policies; optimize resources for cost and performance.

• Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ): Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for scalable deployments ; collaborate with DevOps for best practices .

• Incident and Change Management: Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow , ensuring timely resolutions .

• Automation and Scripting : Automate tasks using Bash , Python, or similar languages ; enhance operational processes.

• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain system documentation and share knowledge with team members for faster problem-solving .

Who You Are:

Must- Have Skills

• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting basics ( Bash , Python, etc. )

• Strong knowledge of server hardware and cloud environments

• Experience with monitoring tools ( Grafana , Zabbix )

• Incident and change management via ITSM platforms like ServiceNow

• Strong analytical , troubleshooting, and communication skills

Desired Skills

• Windows System A dministration experience

• Cloud certifications (OCI/AWS/Azure) and Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred
