What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts
- Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within the internal forecasting system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience selling at the C-level
- Proven track record of sales excellence
- Strong professional presence and business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Contact Center Software Sales in the less than 1,000-seat space
- Experience selling to CMOs
- Knowledge of the assigned territory or accounts
