      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and analyze customer requirements
      - Develop negotiation strategy and conduct contract negotiations
      - Administer contracts through program execution and resolve disputes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience for mid-level candidates
      - 3+ years drafting moderate to complex agreements
      - Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience for senior-level candidates
      - 6+ years drafting moderate to complex agreements
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
      - Knowledge of international contracting and Intellectual Property regulations
      - Experience with Salesforce and PowerBi
      - Certification in DAWIA, FAC-C, or equivalent
      - Negotiation experience with Industrial Participation Agreements
