What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining subject matter expertise on Voluntary Benefit products
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to communicate market knowledge and assist in the development of prospect sales strategies
- Articulate and communicate value propositions and key differentiators to prospective clients
- Lead system demonstrations during sales meetings and tailor materials based on client needs
- Partner with internal teams to streamline the Request for Proposal (RFP) process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in the employee benefits industry
- At least one year of experience managing project schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to multitask and organize
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales and client engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
