What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the accurate and timely processing of trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain effective risk management controls and monitor trading activities for adherence to risk limits
- Conduct reconciliations of trade and position data, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Stay updated on regulatory changes relevant to proprietary trading operations and ensure compliance
- Generate performance reports and analytics related to trading activities and risk metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in middle office, back office, or operations roles within a financial institution
- Proficiency in trade processing and settlement systems, as well as reconciliation tools
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and risk management concepts
- Experience with relational databases and proficiency in Microsoft SQL

- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM)
- Knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming
