What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing home inventory, including new home orders and used home purchases
- Review and approve all new home invoices for appropriate coding and asset location verification
- Research inventory discrepancies and inquiries across multiple systems to maintain data integrity
- Generate and analyze inventory reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Collaborate with other departments to understand workflow processes and achieve company objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn new software/systems rapidly
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with various Microsoft programs and data entry capabilities
