What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to increase program awareness among military communities
- Coordinate logistics for local site visits and training sessions at military installations and schools
- Respond to client and student inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner
- Analyze client usage reports to identify trends and improve outreach efforts
- Attend events and meetings with military and partner organizations to promote Tutor.com services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside near a U.S. Military Installation or in a heavily military impacted community
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, marketing, or inside sales
- Strong dedication to exceptional client service and open communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs (SalesForce), and internet services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or background in education or teaching
- Familiarity with military culture and experience as a military spouse or family member
- Proven ability to manage outreach campaigns and build enthusiasm for programs
- Strong time management and independent research skills
- High energy and positive attitude
