      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive training in various departments to acquire industry knowledge
      - Accompany Outside Sales Reps on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques
      - Perform inside sales/counter responsibilities, including taking orders and answering phones
      - Assist with various Outside Sales responsibilities, such as performing take offs and making sales calls
      - Develop industry-specific knowledge and experience for promotion to Outside Sales Representative role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
      - 0-2 years related industry operations/sales experience
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work under general supervision
      - Willingness to learn and perform progressively responsible duties

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the home improvement retail industry
      - Knowledge of industry-specific sales techniques
      - Familiarity with hardware, tools, and supplies for home improvement projects
