      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive training and perform duties across various departments, including yard operations, production, and inside sales
      - Accompany Outside Sales Representatives on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques
      - Handle inside sales responsibilities, including answering phones and processing orders
      - Perform outside sales tasks, such as taking measurements and making sales calls to customers
      - Set personal performance goals and monitor progress with management and trainers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
      - 0-2 years of related industry operations or sales experience
      - Strong customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
      - Good mathematical aptitude
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous selling experience is helpful
      - Solid interpersonal skills, including tact and influencing abilities with internal and external contacts
      - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
      - Experience in a similar work environment involving both office and outdoor settings
