      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive training and perform duties in yard operations, production, dispatch/scheduling/delivery, and inside sales
      - Accompany Outside Sales Representatives on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques
      - Handle inside sales responsibilities, including answering phones and processing orders
      - Perform various Outside Sales tasks, including making sales calls and processing orders
      - Set individual performance goals and monitor progress with management and trainers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
      - 0-2 years of related industry operations/sales experience
      - Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
      - Good mathematical aptitude and strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous selling experience is helpful
      - Solid interpersonal skills, including tact and influencing abilities
