This Mining Engineer position is located at GCC's Tijeras, NM plant, 15 minutes from Albuquerque, NM. Relocation assistance available.

Required Education:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining Engineering

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in mining.
• Minimum three years’ experience with permitting submittals, compliance and negotiations with local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Proficiency in current AutoCAD and Carlson software, along with other relevant industry software, is required at an intermediate to advanced level.
• PE or E.I.T. Certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
