What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide new customers through the implementation process and provide ongoing support post-transition
- Manage multiple customers at various stages of onboarding and project management
- Collaborate with ministry partners to determine goals and document decisions for effective implementation
- Communicate onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure client understanding of solutions through training courses and foundational onboarding sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large church or diocese as a database manager
- 1+ years of experience using MinistryPlatform as an enterprise-level solution for churches
- Strong understanding of large church or diocese operations and best practices
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with specific denominations and their vocabulary
- Experience using CRM or Customer Success tools
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to balance competing priorities
- Passion for helping others excel at using MinistryPlatform
- Internal motivation with the ability to lead without direct authority
