      Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Miracle League Program Lead to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself!

      Qualifications:

      • Be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development Test.
      • Possess an articulated belief in the mission of Easterseals MORC.
      • Have at least three (3) years of progressive work experience with a proven track record in recreational/sports team management, fund raising, youth program development and communications/marketing. (Preferred)
      • Have excellent communications skills, emphasizing the ability to listen and hear others.
      • Be proficient with the Microsoft computer package.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Engages participants and families in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability.
      • Assist individuals served by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests across diverse communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, Facebook, and in-person interactions.
      • Provides input on the development of new policies and procedures to support the mission, vision, and values of Easterseals MORC relative to Miracle Programming.
      • Rosters players of teams, orders jerseys and equipment in accordance with established procurement procedures, and provides coaches and families with team schedules for assigned programs.
      • As needed, secures volunteers for assigned programs and develops, leads, and implements volunteer recognition efforts.
