What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the sales plan for individual life insurance, disability, and annuity sales
- Manage sales support for product lines for advisors and brokers
- Drive product awareness and sales solutions in partnership with field management
- Provide leadership and oversight for a team of 70 sales and advanced sales professionals
- Build partnerships with key home office partners and field advisory groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of successful sales and distribution management experience
- Applicable FINRA registrations (6 or 7, 24, and 63) and insurance licenses
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
