      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, utilizing digital tools to enhance their experience
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of products and services
      - Complete training on store operations, products, and customer service to ensure readiness at all times
      - Build rapport and loyalty with customers through exceptional service and follow-up processes
      - Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance the overall customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
      - Ability to effectively balance customer experience with performance goals
      - Willingness to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
