What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, demonstrating T-Mobile products and services
- Utilize digital self-serve tools to assist customers during onboarding and enhance their experience
- Complete training on T-Mobile systems, products, and procedures to remain customer-ready
- Build rapport with customers and follow up to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from account setup to device support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers
- Willingness to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
