What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell and serve customers, providing an exceptional customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently train on T-Mobile experiences, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems, new products, and reference resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Customer acquisition sales skills, with a competitive drive and confidence for success
- Troubleshooting and multitasking abilities, with knowledge of IoT and computer hardware proficiency
- Provide superior customer service, building loyalty and customer satisfaction
