- Travel to multiple locations to support pharmacy operations and medication distribution
- Collects information needed to fill prescriptions from customers or healthcare professionals
- Measures, mixes, and labels medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Ensures accurate prescription preparation and dispensing
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Process insurance claims and handle medication inquiries
- Ensure inventory control and proper storage of medications during transit
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while transporting medications
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role requires extensive travel (60-70%) to various locations to assist in pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and patient support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
Weekends as needed

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS• Pharmacy technician certification preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSPercentage of Travel: 25-75%
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel. • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
**To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 11-20 lbs.**
