What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams settings for improved communication and collaboration
- Integrate Microsoft Teams with various tools and applications to streamline workflows
- Support the rollout of Copilot AI as part of the Modern Work platform
- Provide training and support materials while acting as a point of escalation for technical issues
- Maintain documentation and best practices for collaboration and communication platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience specializing in Microsoft Suite administration
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication and training skills to provide support and guidance to end-users

- Prior experience in voice and meeting administration
