What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience specializing in Microsoft Suite administration
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication and training skills to provide support to end-users
