What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, builders, and realtors during the mortgage application process
- Assist the Mortgage Banker in efforts to increase production volume for the area
- Track loans through closing, addressing customer questions regarding file status and underwriting requirements
- Perform related administrative duties as assigned
- Accept and execute additional essential duties as determined by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in relevant software
- Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance training and guidelines
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or mortgage industry
- Ability to work effectively in a telecommuting environment
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in tracking loan processes through closing
