It’s comprised of four teams, from Lending Support and Client Experience to Closing and Post Closing. Each team is diverse and exciting, and allows an enthusiastic candidate the chance to experience different aspects of the loan process.

      But that’s not all: our ideal team member would also take elite client service seriously and tackle every day with a multitasking vengeance, while also hitting daily production goals with accuracy and a high level of quality.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Complete Post Closing Audit checklist to verify loan documents are complete and accurate
      • Verify data is consistent between final closing documents and system
      • Identify and record purchase loan conditions in system
      • Perform full TRID review
      • Prepare collateral package to meet warehouse bank requirements
      • Work with correspondents and internal resolution teams to get any necessary corrections to closing and collateral documents
      • Respond to email and phone inquiry from correspondents on the status of their loans
      • Maintain post-closing SLAs

      WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

      Must Have Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • Effective communication skills
      • Good organization skills and the ability to prioritize independently
      • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to help others when needed
      • Excellent client service skills, conflict resolution and creative thinking
      • Task driven and self-motivated
      • Great attention to detail even when faced with a deadline
      • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to change
      • Full-time onsite attendance required
